DeSite SLG 56 MINI SCREENER FEATURES
Cantilevered Screen Deck Suspension
Our C spring design allows the screen deck to pivot from the middle while feeding the screener.
As the top moves down the bottom moves up to change the deck slope with very little bucket action.
Transporting your screener
WHEELS
It comes equipped with two 205/65-10 flotation tires.
The wheels are easily removed with our quick disconnect system for side storage while in use.
Removing the wheels eliminates the risk of damaging the wheels with your machines bucket while working around the screener.
QUICK DISCONNECT HITCH SYSTEM
The hitch tube on the SLG 56 Mini is on a quick disconnect so that it is easily removed and like the wheels can be stored right on the screener so as not to be lost or damaged while the screener is in use.
RUBBER SCREEN DECK SKIRTS
The SLG 56 is equipped with durable rubber skirts on each side of the screen deck.
It serving as a protective barrier to catch any loose material that might escape from the bucket, preventing debris from falling off and ensuring a cleaner work environment.

SQUARE
We offer a wide range of mesh that are quick and easily changed.
The ability to install large and small high quality mesh makes DeSite SLG Screeners a time saver and money maker.
We offer both square and elongated mesh pattern in a double lock crimp weave.
Our double lock weave puts two crimps in each wire as they intersect, This creates a strong weave and a stronger, more stable mesh.
ELONGATED
Our elongated pattern mesh is what we call a triple chute weave where a group of three wires intersect the main with wires.
A space of four inches has full unobstructed opening before the next three wires intersect the mesh again.
Our elongated pattern meshes are designed to handle higher moisture material when screening is more challenging.
Hourly production are always considerably higher when elongated pattern mesh in in use.
